National Examination is not Effective

               Is  National Examination effective for students? National Examination is an evaluation system of education standard nationally. National Examination as a last evaluation will decide whether they can get good mark or not, continue their school or not. It is held only in 3 days. There are many pros and contras about the policy of the government. It is  assumed that National Examination is not equal with their struggle for 3 years. It means that government must change the policy of National Examination.

The first reason, National Examination is not effective because it can not prove the real quality of the students, it seems not fair. Many students can get good mark easily without studying for long time and without understanding the lesson. They can cheat each other and can get the true answer although they didn’t read the question. Some of them even can get good mark, because some people provide the correct answer by giving the student SMS. It can  be believed that the quality of answer key is 99,9% correct.  It is lucky time for students who are not too clever but they can cheat by doing so.

                Another reason is National Examination which is held in 3 days is not equal with 3 years the students  studied. They can fail in National Examination because some unimportant  reasons, but it gives total for their lives. For example, they feel nervous because just had minimum matter which be got just for 3 days or they get stomachache or headache  when do National Examination. It can give influence about the degree of concentration, so they can not the National Examination with full concentration.

                But in other hand, National Examination has function to increase  the  quality of schools with the result of National Examination. If the schools have good quality  before, the good mark will prove the real quality of the schools. But if the schools have low quality before, but the students can get the good mark, it will increase the quality of the schools.

               So, the government must change the policy in order to National Examination is more effective and can prove the real quality of the student by using mark or the quality for 3 years and not only 3 days as long as National Examination is done by government right now.
